Fields of Expertise:
I am first and foremost an orthopedic therapist with a special interest in women’s health issues. I have used my background in basic science and pain research as a foundation for my current research projects in women’s health physical therapy.
Professional Highlights:
I have completed the Education Leadership Institute of the American Physical Therapy Association. I am excited to put what I have learned into practice as I lead the Division of Physical Therapy faculty, staff, and students into the future.
Personal Quote:I chose SU because of the commitment of the faculty and the university to the education of physical therapy practitioners and the outstanding reputation of SU graduates. What I have found is that the Division of Physical Therapy has a personal and friendly atmosphere. I believe that we strive for balance between the academic, clinical, and personal aspects of physical therapy education that makes the SU experience unique and enjoyable.
Personal Highlights:
I love spending time with my family, my husband, Paul and my 2 children. We like to do just about anything that you can do outdoors – running, hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, etc.
